odd; 8-10 goblet squats + 5 sit-ups 

even; 8-10 box step ups (weighted) + 8-10 push-ups (use DB’s as load on box step-ups; everyone to 20″ or 12″, no 24″)

 

B. 3 RFT 

Bike/row 20 cal

20 single arm db push press (40/25)

20 single arm OH db lunges ( 20 per arm )
