10 front squats
20 wallball shots
– sets should be completley unbroken
beginner – 75/55, scaled – 95/65, intermediate – 115/75, RX – 135/95, RX+ – 155/105

12 min amrap;
12 power snatches; 75/55
30 dubs/60 singles
– rest 30 sec after each round
** keep power snatches unbroken for as long as possible
