even; 3-5 bar muscle ups OR 8-10 pullups

3 RFT
run 400m
10 burpees to 10#plate
50 dubs/100 singles

5 sets for max reps
with a 1 minute clock;
8 burpee over bar
* max hang squat snatch; 155/105 in remaining time
– rest 2 min bet sets
