B. 8 Min AMRAP
20 dubs/40 singles
5 deadlifts; 225/155
15 wallball shots; 20/14

  • be agressive on burpee + squat clean sets given the amount of rest between sets-
  • Use same weight as last week’s 20 squat clean for time
  • no RX+ wallballs
