Option B (RX) complete 10 sets of 3-6 HSPU, kipping OK, controlled movement on descent
Option C complete 6 sets of 3-6 HSPU with up to 2extra abmats; complete 8-10 DB Z Press between sets
Option D complete 6 sets of 10-20 sec HS hold; complete 8-10 DB Z Press between sets
Option E complete 5 sets of 8-10 DB Z-Press
