10 HSPU
15 air squats

3 sets;
1 min bike
1 min row
1 min ski
1 min box jump + step down; 20″ everyone
1 min jog
1 min plank hold

get this done on your own, with a “cool down” mentality. a plus would be to use only nasal breathing, and to get progressively faster each set
