Testing upper push to upper pull combo in first part, with elevated HR into heavy BB cycling in 2nd. If you’re good at C2B, make it hurt and push the pace. If C2B if not a strong suit, break it iup early to stop yourself from falling apart in the back

Look to get off bike in 2:30 – 3:00 then start chipping away on Power Cleans
