9 Power Snatch; 75/55

Notes; This will get grippy, use good power snatch technique to keep grip intact longer.

Elite; come out unbroken and looking for 10 Rds
RX; First few rounds unbroken, then look to start breaking T2B 4+4, looking for 8+ rounds
Intermediate/scaled; Break up T2B right way so that you dont have to go down to even smaller sets on t2B later in workout ; 5+ Rounds
