A devoted husband and father, Alex believes in family first, and that is the culture he encourages at CrossFit Boynton Beach.

Nick started his CrossFit journey in early 2013 and immediately fell in love with the intensity of the workouts and the community surrounding the sport.
His favorite discipline to both practice and coach is Olympic Weightlifting because of it’s technical and demanding nature.
His goal as a coach is to help people improve on their technique and skill and push them passed what they think they can do. To him, there’s no greater feeling than helping someone whether it be technique on a lift or a gymnastic and seeing the smile on their face after it clicks.

Jenn started CrossFit in 2014 and credits the strength and confidence gained there as allowing her to enlist and excel in the South Carolina National Guard where she served 6 years as an Active Duty Medic and Recruiter.
Jenn loves to see what CrossFit can bring out in the members of CrossFit Boynton Beach. She is passionate about human potential and cultivating mental toughness in her athletes.
Find her in her spare time obsessing over her dog or training for competition with her equally fit husband Daniel.
Isabella has been coaching and competing in CrossFit for 3 years. On an individual level, she has only begun to tap into the huge potential she has as an athlete. She loves sharing her knowledge and guiding new athletes in the same ways in which she has received knowledge and guidance.
On a professional level, Isabella has always loved competing, coming from a background in soccer. What attracted to her most to CrossFit was a need to fill that competitive void. Now she uses her anatomy, physiology, and biology education to keep our athletes safe and moving well!
Her advice to you to avoid injury: Don’t worry about getting hurt in the gym, we’ll take care of you there… Not recommended is walking four large dogs at the same time, which is where she sustained her worst injury!
