7 HSPU (2 Wall Climbs OR 14 Hr Pushups)
7 Pullups

20 Barbell Strict Press
16 Barbell Bicep Curls
x3 sets
( ideally done at a weight you can do both excerises unbroken, with no rest. rest as needed between sets
