Pull up skill/strength work
5 set 3-5 pull-ups -strict or banded
If banded use a 3sec eccentric count and 3 sec hold at top
Also have then try mix grip and supinated grip.
If still unable to get over bar scale to jumping pull-ups

For time
Push jerks; 35’s/20’s
Pull-ups/ring row
400 m run after each set
