3 Rounds For Time
(in teams of two)
10x100m relay (5 per partner, must be alternating)
50 Pushups
30 Syncro Walking Lunges
– once you have completed the 3 rounds, rest 3 min then..
20 RFT (10 each, must be alternating rounds)
6 Burpees
10 Russian KB Swings
