Burpees

Situps

          Rest 2 min, repeat the amrap for 3 total sets

** every completed round, add 1 more burpee, and 1 more situp to the total (i.e. round 1 do 1 of each round 2 do 2 of each round 3 do 3 of each etc…)

** each amrap starts back at 1
